Tutu lengths are determined by style:
Baby Tutu's are approx. 7 in. in length
Classic Tutu's are up to 15" (depending on size)
Sweetheart Tutu's are appriximately 19" in length
Portrait Tutu's are approximately 22" in length

However, there is a 3in-4in stretch in the elastic, so your tutu can grow with your little girl!
