Our Baby Tutu's are made from the softest tulle made in the USA! Baby tutus are made with an 17 in. waist and are 7 in. in length. Baby tutus typically fit girls 0 months to 1 year. If you need a different waist size, please let me know in the comments section of the order and I will be happy to accomodate! Tulle used is flame-retardent and certified lead-free.
