Our Princess Tutu's are made from the softest tulle made in the USA! Princess tutus are made with a 21 in. waist and are approximately 22 to 24 in. in length. Princess tutus typically fit girls 4 years to 8 years. If you need a different waist size, please let me know in the comments section of the order and I will be happy to accomodate! Tulle used is flame-retardent and certified lead-free.
