Our Sweetheart Tutu's are made from the softest tulle made in the USA! Sweetheart tutus are made with an 19-22 in. waist and are approximately 12 to 14 in. in length. Sweetheart tutus typically fit girls 18 mo. to 8 yrs. Please remember, sizes are approximate for age. If you need a different waist size, please let me know in the comments section of the order and I will be happy to accomodate! Tulle used is flame-retardent and certified lead-free.
